Plans
The website may display approximate US-dollar equivalents for convenience. The actual recurring Paystack charges are ₦6,000 per month for Pro and ₦13,000 per month for Business, billed in NGN unless a different amount and currency are clearly displayed at checkout. USD equivalents can vary with exchange rates. The Free plan does not require payment.
Seller and payment processor
The developer and publisher of ProcuraSheet identified on its Chrome Web Store listing is the seller of ProcuraSheet Pro and Business subscriptions. Google, Chrome, Shopify and Paystack are not the seller. Paystack acts as the payment processor for subscription charges.
Recurring billing
Paid plans are recurring monthly subscriptions. By subscribing, you authorize the recurring charge shown at Paystack Checkout until you cancel.
Cancellation
You can manage or cancel a paid subscription through the Paystack-hosted subscription-management page opened from ProcuraSheet. Removing the license from a browser does not cancel the subscription.
Plan access
Paid features require a currently active subscription. If a subscription expires, is canceled, cannot be verified, or uses an unrecognized product price, ProcuraSheet can fall back to Free-plan access.
Billing questions and charge errors
If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact support promptly. Subscription charges are generally non-refundable once a billing period begins, except for duplicate or erroneous charges, service failures we confirm, or where a refund is required by applicable law. Contact support promptly if you believe a charge is incorrect.
Data
Paid-plan verification does not upload supplier spreadsheets or purchase-order rows. See the Privacy Policy for details.
