Which files can ProcuraSheet read?
CSV, TSV, TXT and common XLSX workbooks up to 25 MB. Unsafe or unusually large XLSX archive entries are rejected before processing.
Why is a row marked “Blocked”?
Every exported line needs a Shopify SKU or barcode and a positive whole-number quantity. ProcuraSheet also blocks duplicate identifiers, negative costs, invalid tax values and catalog conflicts.
What are the Free, Pro and Business limits?
Free includes 5 exports per calendar month and 2 saved supplier templates. Pro is shown as about $4.50/month and is billed by Paystack as ₦6,000/month. Business is shown as about $9.80/month and is billed as ₦13,000/month; it adds local catalog matching plus reusable Supplier SKU-to-Shopify SKU memory. USD equivalents are approximate and can vary with exchange rates.
Does ProcuraSheet upload my supplier spreadsheet when I pay?
No. Paid-plan verification sends only a ProcuraSheet license token. Supplier files, catalogs and purchase-order rows remain local.
How do I cancel or update billing?
Open ProcuraSheet, choose Manage billing, and use the Paystack-hosted subscription-management page. Removing a license from one browser does not cancel the Paystack subscription.
Does ProcuraSheet need my Shopify password?
No. The extension creates a CSV for you to import manually through Shopify Purchase Orders.
Where are saved mappings stored?
In browser extension storage. You can download a local settings backup and restore it later; the backup excludes your paid license.
