ProcuraSheet v1.1.2 Privacy Policy

Summary
ProcuraSheet is local-first. Supplier files, Shopify catalog exports, normalized purchase-order rows and generated CSVs are processed on your device and are not uploaded to the ProcuraSheet billing service.
Data processed by the extension
ProcuraSheet may process supplier spreadsheets, product identifiers, quantities, costs, tax values, supplier names, mapping choices and optional Shopify product exports that you explicitly open.
Local storage
Browser extension storage may contain supplier templates, Business-plan Supplier SKU-to-Shopify SKU mappings, the monthly export counter, cached plan state and—if you activate a paid plan—a ProcuraSheet license token.
Paid-plan verification
If you choose a paid plan, the billing page asks for the billing email you want associated with the subscription and sends it to Paystack to start checkout. After payment, ProcuraSheet issues a license token linked to the Paystack customer record. When you activate or manage a paid plan, the extension asks for optional access to the ProcuraSheet billing service and sends only that license token for subscription verification. The service checks the associated subscription with Paystack and returns the active plan. Supplier files, catalog files and order rows are not included in this request.
Payments
Card details are entered on Paystack-hosted checkout and subscription-management pages. ProcuraSheet does not receive your full payment-card number. Paystack processes payment information under its own privacy terms.
Limited use of user data
ProcuraSheet uses user data only as necessary to provide, secure, maintain or improve its disclosed supplier-file conversion and paid-plan functionality. ProcuraSheet does not sell user data, use it for personalized advertising, or transfer it for unrelated purposes. Billing information is shared with Paystack only as necessary to provide subscription billing, and data may otherwise be disclosed only where required by law or necessary to protect the service against fraud, abuse or security threats.
Permissions
The extension requires browser storage permission for local settings and plan state. Optional access to https://procurasheet-billing.onrender.com/* is requested only for paid-license verification and billing-portal access. ProcuraSheet does not request broad browsing-history access.
Backup files
The settings-backup feature contains supplier templates and SKU mappings only. It excludes the paid license token and subscription state.
Analytics, advertising and remote code
Version 1.1.2 contains no advertising SDK and does not load remote executable code into the extension. Billing responses contain subscription data only.
Shopify
ProcuraSheet can open Shopify Admin at your request, but it does not ask for Shopify credentials or send generated purchase-order data to Shopify automatically.
